Payment System Closed 12/24/25 - 01/02/25
Please note that the payment system will be closed from 12/22/25 - 01/02/25. This means that your last day to pay the $10 application fee and submit your application prior to January 2nd will be Sunday, December 21st. You are welcome to continue working on your applications during this period, and the payment option will be available again on Friday, January 2nd.
